Tournament Rules & Prizes

• Tournament formats, rules, and prizes may change at any time without notice.
• Prize fulfillment (e.g., V-Bucks) is not guaranteed. Prizes may be substituted, delayed, or withheld at our sole discretion, for any reason (including suspected cheating, platform issues, or inability to deliver).
• We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or end any tournament at any time, for any reason, without liability.
• We are not responsible for the actions, statements, or conduct of any participants. Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal and may be reported.

Account Registration & Data

• Some features require registration. You may be asked for your TikTok username and Fortnite ID. Do not provide false information.
• By registering, you consent to collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Like counts, scores, and other user-generated data may be displayed publicly.
• We do not guarantee the availability, security, or accuracy of any site content or tournament data.

Limitation of Liability

• NOTNOTJOSH.COM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.
• We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of this site, participation in tournaments, or reliance on any information herein.
